SO-SAID was introduced into the reality show
in the 8th episode where Mrs. Concern R.D
Martins narrated how rough and tough the
journey was when she started. “In the
beginning, I was going about the streets with
camera crew and those who can help in
carrying the insane for me, this made my
husband chased me out of the house because
he felt I was embarrassing the family even my
first son hit me on the face and I slept on the
street for eight months when I started the
project.”
Mrs. Concern R.D Martins, recalled times she
shed tears, “When I see some schools
discriminating against my kids, telling the kids
not to come to school because they are from
So- Said (motherless babies’ home) I shed
tears’.
Continuing, ‘sometimes when some kids are
picked on the street and they need urgent
treatment at the hospital and there is no
transportation and money to convey them, I
will resolve to do the walking, at those
moments too I shed tears’.
Mrs. Gift Abudu, 44 year old medical matron
at So-Said described Mrs. Concern Felicia R.D
Martins as charitable and  God-fearing.
Since it began airing in July, viewers  keenly
followed the sacrifices of the founders of
motherless babies’ homes and various
charitable organizations who nurtured other
people’s children without discrimination.
